No refunds. All sales are final.

As our products are downloadable digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. When you make a purchase of a digital product, you gain immediate access to the content, making it impossible to return.

Exceptionally, refunds will only be considered in the case of duplicate purchases, i.e. if you have purchased the same product more than once in error. In such a case, please contact us at info@samplack.com providing details of the duplicate purchase, and we will review your request.
